The first step to care is to call us and one of our specialized care coordinators will be ready to answer any pressing questions you have with regards to our services.
You will receive free professional advise about our services, rates, caregivers, and how to pay for your home care service, etc. from one of our care coordinators.
Once we have determined the kind of services you require, we would set up a time for an In-Home Care Assessment.
We will develop a care plan customized to your unique needs. We would establish the start date for care and refer one of our well-trained caregivers to you.
Our caregiver would be present on the first day of care to go through the care plan with you and to introduce himself/herself as your caregiver.
Once we begin service, we will visit regularly to ensure that you are receiving the best quality of care from our referred caregiver. If there is the need to make adjustments, we would act accordingly
